Produced only from the best vintages with more than 85% Sangiovese-grapes, together with Canaiolo and Black Malvasia of the Chianti region. Made with particular attention and respect for the traditions of Tuscany, this wine is left to age in small wooden Alliers-barrels for more than one year
and refined in the bottle for 12-14 months.
Characterized by an intense ruby red color and a composed and well-declared bouquet with a light violet background.
Very full-bodied, soft and velvety, composed, with a light touch of wood and a typical bitterness.
